In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate; entrants, participants and their guests by execution of this form, release and discharge Pontiacs of Idaho, the Pontiac/Oakland International, Summit Church and anyone else that may be involved with Pontiacs of Idaho ALL GM CAR SHOW from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and or claims for any cause whatsoever that may arise from, or be suffered by an entrant or entrant's guest to his/her person or property during participation in this event. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, person and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned by or resulting from the conduct or entrants or any participants assisting or cooperating with entrants and under the direct control of the event.
